We are bottling our 2010 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Vigna Paganelli that will be released in 2016.
Together with our Portuguese supplier, we have chosen an excellent batch of corks. To research the presence of TCA in the corks we made chemical analysis in two different laboratories and the result was zero in both cases.
